CALL OR STOP IN TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT
Sellers are responsible for bringing items to our location and unloading them in our warehouse. Sellers Describe All Items/Lots with the Following Information: Brand name, Measurements, Working Order (if not stated, it will be posted as unknown working condition), Any Known Flaws/Problemsn, etc. Otown Auctions Staff takes all photos. Auctions are Live Online for 2-Weeks Unless Stated Differently.
A Typed Description of Each Item/Lot Should be Emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org using a WORD Document or Email. Scanned or Picture of the form is not accepted. A $1.00 fee per item/lot for non-typed description and emailed descriptions.
Some Items we will NOT accept: Glassware/Dishes, Tires with Tread Less than 5/32″ or have Weather Cracking, Used Mattresses, Tube TV’s/Tube Monitors and Projection TV’s, Trinkets, Used Clothing/Shoes, Worn or Particleboard Furniture, Entertainment Centers, Outdated or Dirty Furniture, Large Miscellaneous Lots, Piano’s/Organs, Adult Magazines/Videos, Tobacco/Alcohol.
After Items Sell, we allow the buyer 4 Business days to pickup and remove items from our location, therefore checks for sold items will not be ready until one-week after the auction ends and possibly later if the items are not payed for. Checks will be ready for pickup at OTown Auctions unless otherwise notified.
